The $42.5 billion Broadband Equity, Access and Deployment (BEAD) Program is moving to closer to execution, as states and territories secure federal approval for their broadband expansion plans.

Not only must NTIA  approve each Final Proposal, but states must also get the greenlight from the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) to officially access their grant allocations. We've decided to keep track of it all, highlighting which states and territories have moved forward with BEAD and which are still waiting on a decision.

Fierce Network will update this list as new data becomes available.
